Jesal Trivedi
Founder & CEO

 Jesal was previously the Lead Product Manager and the first employee to join Blue Label Labs, now one of the largest and fastest growing iOS and Android app development agencies in the United States, a Co-founder of the nationally-recognized Tech808 Conference and founding partner of The Phat Startup. Before that he worked with companies and governments like Nike and Trinidad and Tobago as an Innovation Consultant at The Medici Group.

He holds a Masters in Interactive Technology from NYU ITP and a B.S. in Economics and Business of Media, Entertainment and Technology degree from NYU.


Co-Founder & Head of Software

Over the past couple of years, Jahde has been a Software Engineer at Class Pass. Along with Jesal, he was a Co-founder of Tech808 and founding partner of The Phat Startup. Originally from Bermuda, he is the Founder of Code 441, a community to help teach young people from the island how to be creators and producers of technology. Previous to that he was a Business Systems Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

He holds a B.S. in Finance & International Markets and a Minor in Film and Production from NYU's Stern School of Business.


Ravi Varma
Head of Industrial Design

With over 10 years of experience working as a Senior Industrial Designer and Product Lead at Roll & Hill, Movado, and Nixon, Ravi is an expert at taking a concept from prototype to a mass market product. He also has launched successful Kickstarter campaign, MESA, where he raised over $40,000 in funding from his backers.

Ravi holds a BSID, Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Koby Omansky
Media and communications Strategist

Koby is a media strategist and communications professional who has worked for numerous organizations and successful campaigns, including Media Coalition, PROOF: Media for Social Justice, and New Economy Project. She arrived at Aduri from a childhood spent at a Tibetan monastery in Vermont, and a background in social media strategy for initiatives. In short, she was born to make sure you can find your path to meditation on Instagram.

Ravi holds a BA in Sociology, Philosophy and Politics of Inequality from Sarah Lawrence College and University of Oxford

Chaitanya Pattewar
Hardware Specialist

Chaitanya is an Electrical Engineer with over 2 years of experience working on Embedded Systems and Robotics applications. He's an expert at system integration and hardware prototyping. As a techie at heart, he is passionate about using technology to build innovative products.

Currently, he is also getting his M.S. in Electrical Engineering at NYU Tandon and holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from University of Pune, India.



Andy Moss
Business Advisor

Andy provides business advisory and mentorship for Aduri.

Andy is the Director of the Blackstone LaunchPad at NYU. He is also the co-founder of Lean Launch Ventures, a tech accelerator funded by the state of CT, that invests, advises and trains entrepreneurs. LLV utilizes the Lean Methodology and brings together a strong diverse mentor network to guide the entrepreneurs. Andy also serves as an advisor and mentor for several startup programs in NYC and CT including Topstone Angels and The Refinery, and is a member of the New York CTO club.

Previously, he spent 17 years as an internal entrepreneur for the Microsoft Corporation, leading pioneering efforts in digital media, online service delivery, distributed computing, & software development architecture and methodologies. He also frequently represented Microsoft in Congress, at the FCC and other government and industry forums.

Justin Hendrix
Business Advisor

Justin is the Executive Director of the NYC Media Lab Combine Accelerator. Before joining NYC Media Lab in 2012 as Director of Membership, Hendrix was Vice President, Business Development & Innovation for The Economist Group in the Americas, where he directed the Group's innovation process, including prototyping, testing, and commercializing new digital media business concepts.

Prior to this role, Hendrix directed brand marketing and communications and ran The Economist’s thought leadership events business in the Americas. Hendrix developed multimedia event brands for The Economist including the Ideas Economy series of events, which generates debate on issues including innovation, talent, infrastructure, and information that featured participants ranging from Clay Christensen and Michael Porter to Elon Musk and Vinod Khosla; and the Buttonwood Gathering, a global conference on banking, finance and economics that featured participants such as Timothy Geithner, Larry Summers, Elizabeth Warren, and Vikram Pandit. He implemented a brand marketing strategy for The Economist which helped double readership, including advertising campaigns recognized at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. He also launched The Economist Film Project, a digital and on-air partnership with PBS Newshour that identified promising documentary films on international issues
