The Significance of Change

The Significance of Change

Welcome to this edition of the Weekly Circle—where we start the week with a few ideas that make us think.

This week, we bring in not only a new year, but also a new decade, full of changes for all of us. The OG Greek philosopher Socrates said it best here:

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

We focus more time changing who we were in the past, and little time building ourselves from the ground up. Take some time to reflect on memories and challenges over the last year and decade and stride into the new one with joy, gratitude, and determination.

We'd love to hear from you!

What are some changes you'd like to make in the next year or perhaps the next decade?

A few things for you to click on:

🎥  Why most new years resolutions fail and how to overcome them - only 8% make it work to the end of the year! How can you be one of them?

📖  Why you should write down your goals - unlock your brain, increase focus, boost happiness and more.

That's all for this week (and year!) I am SO grateful for all of you for reading, responding and being a part of The Weekly Circle and Aduri family over the last 1.5 years. I'm excited for 2020 and I hope you are too :)

Warmly,
Jesal
