The Importance of Gratitude

The Importance of Gratitude

Welcome to this edition of the Weekly Circle—where we start the week with a few ideas that make us think.

This week, we’re thinking about Gratitude. Listed as the most spiritually influential person in the world, Eckhart Tolle puts it best:

Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.

This past weekend in the United States we celebrated Thanksgiving, a day traditionally used to give thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Now you might be thinking that it's cliche or that you've "already done this a million times, but it's been proven as one of the best ways to make you happier. Really.

Thanksgiving is a great RESET to reflect on things we're most grateful for. Try to use the power of gratitude more regularly and see how your entire perspective and energy changes.

We'd love to hear from you!

What are some of the things you are most grateful for? If they are people, do they know and would you tell them?

Warmly,
Jesal
