Welcome to this edition of the Weekly Circle—where we start the week with a few ideas that make us think.

This week, we’re thinking about Love and Compassion, inspired by Valentine's Day. The Dalai Lama, put it best:

I have found that the greatest degree of inner tranquility comes from the development of love and compassion. The more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It is the ultimate source of success in life.

Love and compassion are some of the best ways to improve how you feel. I know this from my experience. If you think of everything as energy, how could you spread that warm, kind and gentle energy to at least one random person today?

We'd love to hear from you!

Do you have a love and compassion practice? What is it? How do you approach it?

That's all for this week! I hope you have an amazing week ahead filled with love and warm feelings not only only for others, but for yourself, because you ARE amazing. Remember that.
