This week, we’re thinking about New Experiences. An old Chinee proverb says it best:

If you do not experience anything, it's impossible to gain knowledge.

Spring is here which gives us a lot more things to do. Whenever you learn something new, engage in new activities, or even ponder a new concept, your brain rewires itself in response to these activities. If what you do doesn’t challenge you, don’t count on it to change you.
