Learning Through New Experiences

Learning Through New Experiences

Welcome to this edition of the Weekly Circle—where we start the week with a few ideas that make us think.

This week, we’re thinking about New Experiences. An old Chinee proverb says it best:

If you do not experience anything, it's impossible to gain knowledge.

Spring is here which gives us a lot more things to do. Whenever you learn something new, engage in new activities, or even ponder a new concept, your brain rewires itself in response to these activities. If what you do doesn’t challenge you, don’t count on it to change you.

We'd love to hear from you!

What are some new things you plan to do this Spring?
