Our biological rhythms are the symphony of the cosmos, music embedded deep within us to which we dance, even when we can't name the tune.
What's your rhythm today? This week? This month? How do we better understand our internal rhythms to be more productive? We can use the inspiration in our world from music, culture and how our bodies work to follow the natural beat of life to find our groove in work, play and rest.
