True silence is the rest of the mind; it is to the spirit. What sleep is to the body, nourishment and refreshment.

Taking some time in our busy lives to just sit in silence is so important for our mental clarity and focus. Remember, silence isn't the absence of everything. It's the presence of energy, a certain energy, that you can tap into.
