The Need for Silence 🤫

The Need for Silence 🤫

Welcome to this edition of the Weekly Circle—where we start the week with a few ideas that make us think.

This week, we’re thinking about Silence. William Penn, put it best:

True silence is the rest of the mind; it is to the spirit. What sleep is to the body, nourishment and refreshment.

Taking some time in our busy lives to just sit in silence is so important for our mental clarity and focus. Remember, silence isn't the absence of everything. It's the presence of energy, a certain energy, that you can tap into.

We'd love to hear from you!

How does silence make you feel? How do you respond to those feelings?
