This week, we celebrated National Random Act of Kindness Day by sharing some acts of kindness you can do while staying Covid-19 safe😎

We're approaching the one-year mark since the US (and even longer across other continents) has gone into various lockdowns and quarantines while protecting us from the CoronaVirus. For many, this year has been filled with loneliness, heartbreak, and overall sadness.🤧

So, after finding out about Random Act of Kindness Day, we felt drawn to try out some simple ways to make someone's day, while still staying safe. We're sharing our favorites with you and hope you'll pay it forward!

Here are some simple methods to bring a smile to the face of someone who might need it:

  • 💌 Write an encouraging letter and mail it to a friend or family member that you haven't seen.
  • 💐 Send or drop off flowers
  • 🤝 Share or save a post from your favorite IG page to show support
  • 🚘 Pay for the person behind you while at a drive through restaurant or at a coffeeshop
  • 🥡 Order food or coffee to be delivered to a friends job / home!
  • 🐶 Text your friend a cute picture of your pet
  • 🖥 Schedule family Zoom calls where you can share a meal, play a virtual game, or just chat!
  • 🌈 Write encouraging messages in sidewalk chalk- if snow isn't a barrier
  • 📝 Leave friendly notes on park benches, cars in the neighborhood, or even dressing room mirrors
  • 📲 Go on a liking / compliment spree on social media

There are endless options when it comes to sharing joy while still protecting ourselves and others from Covid-19. We encourage you to give one or a few of these a shot, and watch happiness spread like confetti 🎊
