About Mid-Day Meditations

We think being in the office all day is not healthiest thing for your mind or body --- which is why we started Mid-Day Mindfulness -- a quick and effective way to find some calm during your busy workday.

We host 20 minute intimate meditation sessions led by respected instructors at a secret location somewhere in Manhattan. We let you know the date, time and location on Sunday evening you find a way to make it happen. Just think, what would mom want you to do?
