Jesal Trivedi - Founder & CEO

Jesal is the founder and CEO at Aduri. 

He was previously the Lead Product Manager to join Blue Label Labs, now one of the largest and fastest growing iOS and Android app development agencies in the United States, a Co-founder of the nationally-recognized Tech808 Conference and founding partner of The Phat Startup. Before that he worked with companies and governments like Nike and Trinidad and Tobago as an Innovation Consultant at The Medici Group.

He is getting his M.A. in Interactive Technology at NYU ITP and holds a B.S. in Economics and Business of Media, Entertainment and Technology degree from NYU.

Jahde

Jahde - Co-Founder & Head of Software

Jahde is the Co-Founder and Head of Software at Aduri.

Over the past couple of years, Jahde has been a Software Engineer at Class Pass. Along with Jesal, he was a Co-founder of Tech808 and founding partner of The Phat Startup. Originally from Bermuda, he is the Founder of Code 441, a community to help teach young people from the island how to be creators and producers of technology. Previous to that he was a Business Systems Analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

He holds a B.S. in Finance & International Markets and a Minor in Film and Production from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Ravi

Ravi Varma - Head of Industrial Design

Ravi is the Head of Industrial Design at Aduri.

With over 10 years of experience working as a Senior Industrial Designer and Product Lead at Roll & Hill, Movado, and Nixon, Ravi is an expert at taking a concept from prototype to a mass market product. He also has launched successful Kickstarter campaign, MESA, where he raised over $40,000 in funding from his backers.

Ravi holds a BSID, Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chaitanya Pattewar - Hardware Engineering specialist

Chaitanya is an Electrical Engineer with over 2 years of experience working on Embedded Systems and Robotics applications. He's an expert at system integration and hardware prototyping. As a techie at heart, he is passionate about using technology to build innovative products.

Currently, he is also getting his M.S. in Electrical Engineering at NYU Tandon and holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from University of Pune, India.

Andy Moss - Business Advisor

Andy provides business advisory and mentorship for Aduri.

Andy is the Director of the Blackstone LaunchPad at NYU. He is also the co-founder of Lean Launch Ventures, a tech accelerator funded by the state of CT, that invests, advises and trains entrepreneurs. LLV utilizes the Lean Methodology and brings together a strong diverse mentor network to guide the entrepreneurs. Andy also serves as an advisor and mentor for several startup programs in NYC and CT including Topstone Angels and The Refinery, and is a member of the New York CTO club.

Previously, he spent 17 years as an internal entrepreneur for the Microsoft Corporation, leading pioneering efforts in digital media, online service delivery, distributed computing, & software development architecture and methodologies. He also frequently represented Microsoft in Congress, at the FCC and other government and industry forums.

Anusuya Banerjee - Research, Strategy & Impact Advisor

Anusuya consults on strategy and impact at Aduri.

She is the founder of Artha Consulting, where she helps mission-driven people and organizations realize their social impact vision. Previously, she led evidenced-based policy advocacy, community and institutional capacity building, and impact evaluation efforts in Kenya, India, and Bangladesh. After working  with grassroots organizations, academic nonprofits and the United Nations, she is channeling her data-driven idealism to support strategy, business development and impact measurement for social enterprises based in the United States.

She holds an Ed.M. in International Education from Harvard, an MSc. in Comparative Social Policy from Oxford, and B.S./B.A.in Psychology and Gender Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle.
