About Mid-Day Meditations

We think being in the office all day is not healthiest thing for your mind or body --- which is why we started Mid-Day Mindfulness -- a quick and effective way to find some calm during your busy workday.

We know you know all the benefits of meditation, which is why you're here. 

We host 20 minute virtual meditation sessions led by respected instructors. We let you know the date and time and you find a way to find a quiet spot, pop in those headphones and join us. Just think, what would mom want you to do?
